Services realer than real SM CAD modeling, rendering, and animation services are available to design professionals, builders, real estate developers, and private individuals anywhere in the world accessible by mail or the Internet. Still images can be provided in any format required by the client, panoramic images in PAN and IVR formats, and orbiting or walk-through animations in AVI, MPEG, BIK, and SMK formats. Technical Most of the work shown on this site was modeled with AutoCAD and EasySite, and rendered with AccuRender. We offer full compatibility with AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and 3D Studio Max. 3D CAD models can be created from any combination of 2D and 3D CAD files, existing blueprints, photographs, and rough sketches. Virtually any material or image can be applied to any object in the model, and raytraced images can include light sources, reflections, and transparency. Note: the images on this site are shown at reduced resolution to improve Internet connection times. Much higher-resolution versions are available upon request. AutoLISP AutoLISP® routines developed by realer than real especially for CAD modeling uses are available for free download at www.realerthanreal.com/autolisp. Rates Rates vary with the size and complexity of the project, the completeness of the information provided by the client, the required level of detail in the final renderings or animations, and the schedule. Remember when pricing any service: "GOOD, FAST, CHEAP -- select any two." As a starting point, though, a single view of a commercial building of one or two stories on a flat site with a photographic background usually costs $800 - $1200.
